We want you to love your purchase from The New Condition. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns on unopened vinyl records within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your vinyl arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used records, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-returnable unless defective.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Shipping free with in the US. International shipping costs are a flat rate of $20 and are not included in the $29.99 price of the record.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail or First Class, depending on the package weight. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide! Flate rate of $20 and will be calculated post checkout. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Packaging:
All records are shipped in sturdy, protective mailers with the vinyl placed outside the jacket (when possible) to prevent seam splits.

Tracking:
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
